Frankly, the people who are defending article 13 seem to know the least. Saw a lot of upright bullshit in the comments. Theres bullshit from both sides, I wont deny that, but there are some people writing, who only want to provoke an answer, or are really that dumb, i dont judge.

I'm pretty sure it won't happen anyway. There was a sentence in 2012 in the EU court where they said social network don't have to use any kind of upload filtering. What they are doing right now MIGHT be illegal, we will see! :)
